1. Who May Use the Site

2. Products, Programs & Orders

We offer physical products, digital resources, the Becoming Intensive group program, and speaking services. Prices and availability are subject to change.

3. Payments & Payment Plans

Payment is due at checkout. Choosing a payment plan is a commitment to pay the full program price, not a subscription you can cancel partway.

4. Returns & Refunds

All sales are final except as expressly provided in our Return & Refund Policy.
